Fiesta Review

EU Publisher: Gamigo
Developer: Ons On Soft
Fiesta on-line features anime style design, with 4 classes to choose from which are similar to most MMOs; Archer, Mage, Fighter and Cleric. With limited free customisation as there are only 3 hairstyles and 3 hair colours available in the character creation and cannot be changed afterwards unless paid for from the cash shop. The premium item unlocks 10 hairstyles, 10 hair colours and 10 face types.
Once the character has reached level 20, the player has to do a level up quest which promotes the characters class to the next rank: Clever Fighter, High Cleric, Hawk Archer, and Wiz-Mage respectively. This is then repeated at level 60 to become: Warrior, Paladin, Scout and Enchanter. Again there is another job change at level 100 although this time there is two choices for every class which can change what type of skills you can acquire. There are 5 stats in Fiesta;
Str: Strength – Increases Physical Attack Power
End: Endurance – Increases Max HP, Block Rate, and Physical Defence
Dex: Dexterity – Increases Evasion and Aim
Int: Intelligence – Increases Magical Damage
Spr: Spirit – Increases Max SP, Critical Rate, and Magical Defence
After a character has leveled, the player is given 5 stat points with the choice of where to put them. It is important that the player knows where to put these as later on in-game, if they aren’t correct, the player could have trouble with higher level monsters or PvP.
A few diverse features that Fiesta has are apprenticeship, this allows lower level to become attached to a higher level character and that character gaining benefits such as receiving certain rewards at levels 10, 20, 30, and 40 also the master receives 10% of all money that an Apprentice spends to purchase items at NPCs. There are also marriages which give certain benefits such as a Power of Love buff, a spell to summon your spouse and a permanent wedding pet and each time you are in a party together, you’ll even earn a little bonus EXP.
The community of Fiesta.
One difference with Fiesta and many other games is the Kingdom quests, where 15 participants can join to move through a map/dungeon and kill monsters for exp, also at the end once the boss has been killed a reward is given to the participants. When a character is first created it is good to join one of these as soon as possible, as it will give you at least 5 levels, if completed. The PvP in the game is limited, there are two areas in which a person may go to, Free battle zones where there is no consequence for dying and the Abyss where if the character dies exp will be lost, and there are also strong/elite monsters in there.
On the whole Fiesta is a fun game, until the later levels as it seems that either the publishers or the developer has gotten bored of the game and has made the player just do repeatable quests or grind, both of which are tedious and boring. Production in game is really fun as items picked up from monsters can be saved to make potions, stones or scrolls to either be used or sold; also there is Item refinement, which increases the attack on weapons and the defence on armours. My opinion is that Outspark is spending less time dealing with player problems and much more time creating more products, while there are many bugs that are present and with every patch more keep coming. The community can be excellent and if you can find the right guild and put effort in, this can be a great game to spend some time on. Outspark is trying to create a better game, each and every day, and new and exciting things keep popping up with every update.
